About Us

In 1991, Don and Betty Parks from NCCC’s Southeast Region had a big idea—get more kids excited about Corvettes! They teamed up with other NCCC members, and that’s how the Future Corvette Owners Association (FCOA) was born.

The very first 76 youth members joined during the 1991 NCCC Convention in Charlotte, NC. Just a year later, FCOA became the official junior organization of NCCC. Leading the way was Marleen DeZeeuw, FCOA’s very first Director, who helped kick things off for the next generation of Corvette fans.

FCOA Spirit

From the first Region to reach 500 youth members (Midwest Region) to clubs like Windy City Corvettes and Cedar Rapids Corvette Club signing up hundreds of kids, FCOA continues to grow with excitement.

We’ve also kept things fresh with our very own FCOA logo (first introduced in 2005 and updated in 2025) along with fun kids’ apparel so members can show their Corvette pride in style.

Whether it’s through a toy Corvette, a patch on a jacket, or cheering at events with family, FCOA is where the love of Corvettes begins.
